Claremont Savings Bank Builds Out Business Development Team with New Hires and Internal Promotions

Claremont Savings Bank is expanding its business development operation, announcing one new hire and two internal promotions as it works to deepen its ties to local businesses, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations in the region.

The bank welcomed Adam Hamilton as Senior Business Development Officer and Vice President. Hamilton brings a background in business development and community engagement, and is also a co-founder of a dairy-free food brand, Shire's Naturals.

Two longtime CSB employees recieved internal promotions. Julie Martin of Charlestown, NH, who joined the bank in 2005, has been named Business Development Officer and Vice President. Over more than two decades at CSB, Martin has led teams across customer service, business services, and cash management. Zach Haines, who has been with the bank since 2009, was named Business Development Officer. He most recently worked in digital product leadership and logged more than 200 volunteer hours in 2025, as well as sitting on the board of the Center for Safer Communities.

Joe Kenney, who was hired two months ago as CSB's Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, framed the moves as part of a broader effort to align the bank's outreach capacity with the needs of its customers. "Adam, Julie, and Zach bring exceptional experience, dedication, and heart to their work," Kenney said. "Their leadership will help expand the Bank's reach and deepen its impact across the region."

The restructured team is designed to create a more unified business development function that can better coordinate across the commercial, municipal, and nonprofit sectors CSB serves throughout the Sullivan County area according to a Claremont Savings Bank press release.
