Up, Up & Away: Hawk Watching on Putney Mountain
Join VINS on a day journey to the panoramic summit of Putney Mountain to view the annual exodus of New England?s migrating raptors. Enjoy 4 exhilarating hours of observation with the amazing displays of broad winged hawks and other raptors. Learn techniques for raptor field identification, as they gather in huge numbers on their way to Central and South America. Transportation is provided from the Nature Center, space is very limited.
