Tree & Shrub Sale
The Hartford Tree Board is celebrating Arbor Day by conducting a Tree and Shrub Sale. A variety of plants will be on sale. The cost range is $15 to $40. All proceeds will benefit Hartford Tree Board educational activities. Quantities are limited. There will be an explanation for proper planting procedure with each plant.
