Very few foods bring such universal delight as chocolate. In this special program, LaVonne Batalden, retired professor of biology at Colby Sawyer College, will lead us on an exploration of this delicious treat, including its ecology, history and lore. And, of course, there will be chocolate sampling throughout the evening, ending with a decadent dessert!
