Teacher Workshop: Teaching About Weather in the K–5 Classroom
Thursday, October 20, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Spend the day exploring the big ideas in weather—what makes weather, how it changes and moves, and how to predict it. In this teacher workshop you will use the Museum’s Dynamic Globe exhibit to explore this topic and will learn a variety of hands-on activities appropriate for elementary school classrooms.
This teacher workshop is supported with funds from NASA.
Fee: $55 (includes lunch)
