Teacher Workshop: Growing Things: an Introduction to the Insights Curriculum
This full day workshop will explore an exemplary unit on seeds, plant development, and designing simple experiments with plants. Whether or not you use the Insights unit, this workshop will provide you with several high quality, inquiry-based investigations to spice up your plant unit. Designed for grade 1-3 teachers. This workshop is partially supported by the National Science Foundation through Dr. Eric Schaller's plant genetics lab at Dartmouth College.
