Based on his many years of assessing the vulnerability of natural systems to climate change, Dr. Hector Galbraith will discuss findings about how our climate is changing and how this may be impacting wildlife and their habitats in the Northeast. What have we learned over the last few years of intensive research into climate change effects? Are things as bad, worse or better than we once thought? What species and habitats are most at risk? Which are more resilient than others? What are the important "don't knows", and can we reduce uncertainty?
