Relaxing the Feet

On Thursday, March 17 at 6:30 pm at The Massage Center - Healing Arts Associates at 8 Carpenter Street in Norwich, VT Jenny Gelfan will teach a workshop called Relaxing the Feet. The workshop will teach easy massage skills to use with friends and families while they are seated and clothed to help them relax and feel better.
If you have family or friends who enjoy a good foot rub, this workshop is for you. And ff you have been experiencing tired hands when you try to massage your friends, or if people have responded with â??Ouch!â?? instead of â??Ah!â?? then this is a workshop that can help you improve your techniques.
