Oona Metz, LICSW is a Boston based therapist, writer and speaker who specializes in treating women navigating divorce. She leads three weekly divorce support groups and has guided hundreds of women through the emotional complexities of divorce. She is the Founder of the Beacon Group Fellowship which trains mental health clinicians across the country to lead divorce support groups. Oona graduated from Hanover High School in 1985 and enjoys frequent visits to the Upper Valley to see her family. Allison Moir-Smith, MA, is a therapist specializing in helping brides- and grooms-to-be make the transition from single to married. She's the author of Emotionally Engaged: A Bride's Guide to the "Happiest" Time of Her Life (2006). She is a graduate of Hanover High School (1985), Dartmouth College (1989) and Pacifica Graduate Institute (2001). She lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass., with her husband.
