Come and spend a Friday evening exploring new skills and hanging out with friends!
Design, create, and build something cool—a robot that draws, an electronic blinky bug, tessellating designs. You’ll have a chance to flex your creativity and bring home incredible creations. Sign up for any (or all) of our fall sessions – or just drop in. Pre-registration encouraged. Each month will feature a different activity. For youth in grades 6–9.
September 16: Wire Sculptures and Soldering
Start off the Montshire Maker season by building crazy sculptures with wire in the Tinkering Loft. We’ll learn to bend, cut, balance, and solder wires to form all sorts of shapes and curves. We’ll end the night by making a human form from wire.
