Microscopic Explorations

From December 3 through January 16 the Museum is hosting “Nikon Small World,” an exhibition of stunning photographs taken through the lens of a microscope. In this workshop you will learn how to use our new light microscopes and examine everything from cells and microbes, to plants and animals. We'll then try other types of microscopes, including the Museum’s dissecting scopes and videoscope. You'll even have the chance to take your own “microscopic” photographs.
For children in grades 3–5.
Montshire members $40, non-members $45. Pre-registration required
