A Local Challenge to Global Impact! Family Farms to industrial Agriculture. Presented by the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, the Quechee Library & the Ottauquechee Community Partnership - Explore how our agricultural process impacts our culture, society and our planet. Consider your role in creating or supporting sustainable food systems. Learn how you can impact our agricultural and individual practices of promoting personal and ecological well-being. Course registrations and books are available at the VINS Nature Center and the Quechee Library. Weekly groups meet to discuss and debate the assigned course topics. Catamount Earth Institute hosts these Upper Valley community conversations. Meeting locations rotate between Quechee Library and VINS Pre-registration requested by January 10.
