Try Jalapeno and Cayenne Pepper Cheddar, Hot Barbeque Sauce, Mango Haberno Jam, Spicey Hot Mustards and Hot Pickles and Pickled Garlic. Tastings of 15 kinds of cheese, maple syrup and lots of Vermont home made goodies goes on all day. Watch cheese being hand cut and packaged most weekdays.
