Wednesday, December 28, 10:30 a.m.- noon, or 2 – 3:30 p.m.
Build and launch a hot air balloon at the Montshire! Learn about the effects of heat on an object’s density with a couple experiments. Then each family will construct their own balloon to launch from the middle of the exhibit floor.
$20/family (includes materials for one balloon)
Limit: 6 families/session. Pre-registration required.

The Montshire Museum of Science is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, 363 days a year. (Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.)
