Hartford's Green-Up Day

GREEN-UP HARTFORD
ROADSIDE AND RIVERBANK CLEAN-UP

Hartford Green-Up Day is Saturday, May 5th at the Hartford Municipal Building. Starting at 8:30 a.m., volunteers will go out to designated roads and river frontage sites to clean up.
There will be a river clean-up component to this year’s Green-Up Day focusing on the post Irene Flood recovery. There will be dumpsters located in the villages of White River Junction, West Hartford, and Quechee.
If you can’t make it on Green-Up Day, sign up for a section of road or river and go out at your convenience. Green-Up bags are available at the Hartford Municipal Building located at 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Trash in Green-Up bags will be accepted at the Municipal Building and the Hartford Recycling Center from April 25th until Monday, May 7th.
