\n\n 9 a.m.&ndash\;3 p.m.
\n\n Spend a day with Montshire and Dartmouth faculty learning about the basic building block of life. Use a variety of microscopes\, including the Museum&rsquo\;s videoscope\, to observe plant and animal cells and learn to employ simple stains to observe cell walls\, nuclei\, and other fascinating features. The afternoon will be spent at Dartmouth College working in one of the biology labs for an introduction to the more complex techniques in microscopy. Participants in this workshop will also receive one free Cells! VistPlus program for their class. Teachers of grades 5-8. Fee: $125.
