DESCRIPTION:This important exhibit honoring fallen service members and those who continue to serve debuts in Vermont hosted by the Memphremagog Arts Collaborative. This collaborative\,collective artistic response to loss is dedicated to families who continue to scarifice through death and through time away from loved ones. Thus far\, Remembrance consists of more than 4600 abstract figurative sculptures. Representing one life lost in Iraq or Afghanistan each one is hand sewn and crafted using a single tea bag that has been steeped and dried. Tea is associated with both emotional and physical healing.
