About LoveYourBrain
LoveYourBrain (LYB) is the message that embodies a positive approach to brain injury prevention and healing. With a mission to improve the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) —from concussion to severe injury— LYB’s programs are designed to build community, foster resilience, and help people understand the importance of loving your brain.

About #MindfulMarch
The largest global yoga fundraising initiative during Brain Injury Awareness Month, #MindfulMarch will raise funds to support the LoveYourBrain Yoga program as well as build awareness for the prevalence of TBI.

Every 13 seconds, someone in the US sustains a TBI, often leading to lifelong physical and emotional challenges. Yoga and meditation can empower individuals affected by TBI to positively adapt to change in their lives. After participating in LYB’s Yoga program TBI community members report more satisfaction with their:
- Concentration, memory and thinking
- Ability to carry out day-to-day activities
- Feelings and emotions
- Personal and social life
- Current situations and future prospects
